2050 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 2050 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 2050 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2050 platform.
Acceptance of these terms is legally binding from the date you first access the platform, whether via the 2050.ws website or our official app. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and are legally eligible to enter into a contractual agreement in Malaysia.
In the event of any conflict between the Malay version and any other language version of these terms, the Malay version shall take precedence for users in Malaysia.

2. Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at 2050. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number and an active email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice.
Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility alone, whether carried out by you or by any other party with or without your knowledge. Report any unauthorised access to 2050 support immediately.
Identity Verification
2050 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly during the first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Required documents may include a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card or passport.
One Account Per User
Registering or using more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts that are detected will be suspended, and any funds held within them may be subject to further investigation before any withdrawal is permitted.
3. Payments, Deposits and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2050 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are held in your own name.
Accepted Payment Methods
2050 accepts deposits via supported local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, online bank transfers and approved e-wallets. All payment methods must be registered under the same name as the name on the 2050 account.
Deposit Processing
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated for your chosen payment method. 2050 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banking institutions or payment providers.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name. Withdrawal limits and processing times may vary depending on the chosen method. A completed identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

4. User Responsibilities and Account Policy
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the 2050 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, hacking or any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems. The use of any automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension and Closure
2050 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, attempts to manipulate the system, or for security and legal compliance reasons. 2050's decision in such matters is final.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining credit balance may be fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users are not entitled to claim any compensation for account closures resulting from a breach of terms.

5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2050 platform — including logos, text, designs, graphics, interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 2050 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, copying, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
2050 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform. This includes financial losses from betting activity, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or a user's device failing to access the platform correctly.
Third-Party Links
The 2050 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 2050 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party services. Users access third-party websites entirely at their own risk and subject to the terms of the relevant third party.
6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend
2050 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or their registered email address at least seven days before the effective date, except in cases of emergency or urgent legal compliance requirements.
Continued use of the 2050 platform after the effective date of any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action relating to the 2050 platform.
